I sell some items in my Etsy store (click anywhere in the box below) but some of the larger pieces are too costly and cumbersome to try and put in the mail, so can only be purchased in person.

Store Policies (in plain English)

Putting something in a box and handing it to the mail carrier: It’s annoying when people inflate their “shipping and handling” costs just to skim a few extra bucks – so you won’t find that here. I estimate some shipping costs up front, but if it turns out to be more than $1 over the actual (as in number of stamps on the box) shipping price, I will refund the difference.

Buying something but then deciding it really doesn’t match your new curtains. I try to accurately portray everything listed, because it is important to me that you like whatever it is you are buying. However, if you do purchase something only to realize it wasn’t what you expected, then yes – of course I will refund your money as long as you send it back to me undamaged.
